Different businesses need different handling. Our crews train for the materials and risks each industry brings.
Office and Corporate Moves
We move offices of every size. Five-person agencies and 200-seat corporate floors get the same plan, just scaled to fit. Most office moves include workstation tagging, IT cabling, file systems, and conference room setup. We can work nights or weekends so your Monday morning runs as planned. For pure furniture-and-cubicle work, see our office movers page.
Healthcare and Medical Office Moves
Clinics, dental offices, surgical centers, and outpatient sites each carry sensitive gear and patient records. Our team is trained on HIPAA-aware file handling. We also move imaging machines, exam tables, and lab gear. Get the full picture on our healthcare moving services page.
IT, Server Room, and Data Center Moves
Servers, network gear, and rack hardware need specific care and shutdown steps. We work with your IT lead, label every cable, and use anti-static crates and air-ride trucks. Our IT relocation services walk through the full process.
Retail and Restaurant Moves
Storefront moves run on tight windows. We work nights so your store opens the next morning. Restaurant moves cover cold-line gear, fixture protection, and POS hardware transport.
Warehouse and Industrial Moves
Pallet racks, forklifts, conveyors, and bulk inventory all need rigging and load planning. If you need short-term or long-term space between locations, we offer warehousing in Kansas City and secure storage in Denver.
How a Commercial Move Works With Moving Proz
We use the same five-step process for a 10-person office or a 50,000 square foot warehouse. The crew size changes. The discipline does not.
Step 1: Site Survey and Scope
A move coordinator visits your current space and the new one. They count workstations, flag special-handling items, note access points, and ask about elevator and dock hours. The visit takes one to two hours.
Step 2: Written Move Plan and Quote
You get a written plan within 48 hours of the survey. It lists crew size, truck count, hours, and materials. The quote is flat or hourly with no surprise add-ons. We tell you what is and is not included.
Step 3: Pre-Move Prep
We drop off labels, crates, and packing materials in advance. Our team handles staging and the pre-pack of common areas. Your staff packs personal desk items, or we handle that too if you prefer.
Step 4: Move Day
A foreman runs the crew. Your move coordinator is on site or on call. We pad-wrap furniture, secure electronics, load by zone, and unload to your floor plan. We can work after hours or on weekends if your business cannot afford daytime downtime.
Step 5: Post-Move Walk-Through
We walk the new space with you. We confirm placement, fix small issues, and clear all packing debris. If anything needs to go to storage, our trucks head straight there.
