We take a $100 Reservation Guarantee when you book your move. This allows us to reserve your slot on your calendar, AND we pride ourselves on having never cancelled a move through fault of our own (when it’s -35 with windchill and the roads aren’t cleared, unfortunately, there’s not a lot we can do). Long distance travel fees must be paid before travel commences. All remaining balances are due at the end of each day of services, before the movers leave, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
