Our hourly moving services are provided to help you keep the overall cost of your move down while still offering you professional help from our trained movers. We’ll start by giving you an estimate based on as much information as you can share with us about what you need.
This will be broken down with a minimum and an hourly rate per mover, but keep in mind we only bill in 15-minute increments. If your space is three bedrooms or larger, our estimate will be based on an in-home or virtual visit or a review of photos to get the best sense of how large it is.
You can rest assured that we won’t stick you with hidden add-on fees such as stair fees, walking fees, fuel surcharges, or consumables fees, either. If we get the work done sooner than the minimum amount of time we estimate, you’ll only pay the minimum amount. Billable time starts when our crew arrives at your origin address and ends when we finish working.
If all you need us for is unpacking at your new place, billable time starts when we arrive at your new place. In general, any last-minute changes aren’t a problem. However, the longer the job takes, the more your final bill will be. We accept cash and all major credit cards, but not checks. Avoid convenience fees by paying in cash.
