We’ll chat with you about your inventory. If your place is 3 bedrooms or larger, we’ll either set up an in-home estimate, virtual estimate, or request that you send photos or video of your home. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we’ve put together some pretty solid formulas based on all of our past moves as well as industry standards, and we are pretty good at estimating based off those formulas. However, please be sure to disclose any information that could affect your move such as elevators (passenger or freight? able to be reserved?), parking availability (right by the door or all the way down the block?), or anything else you might think of.
